In December, we spoke with Angela D Harrell, Senior Vice President, Chief #Diversity & #CorporateResponsibilityOfficer, Voya Financial, and President, Voya Foundation. Angela shared her personal journey with a #disability, the way it has informed her professional outlook, and the approach Voya Financial has taken to become a model for #inclusion.
“We’ve got a lot of work to do,” Angela said. “We need everyone, every company, every individual to be part of making tomorrow better, making opportunities more accessible to all.”
