Creative Spirit is here to help facilitate employment opportunities. After the candidate is hired and a Creative Spirit employment specialist has worked with your HR team and with the candidate, they will report to you.
A Creative Spirit employment specialist will be assigned to each employee. Each specialist will work with the HR team and hiring manager to facilitate a candidate’s success on an as-needed basis. We anticipate that some employees will need intermittent coaching directly from Creative Spirit.
Creative Spirit will supply an employer toolkit for your company’s use. It is directional and based upon our best practices.
Creative Spirit best practices suggest that candidates be supplied questions in advance of an interview.
