Meet Our Trustees

Creative Spirit is honored to welcome four new trustees to our board–a vast group with outstanding experience and commitment to advancing economic security, equity and inclusion for people with disabilities. The expanded board is already hard at work helping Creative Spirit take on an amazing array of new programs including advocacy, expanded consulting services, greater representation of neurodivergent talent in the workplace via corporate expansion and fundraising. Karen Eisenbach, Chief Marketing Officer, Voya Meet Our Trustees

Karen Eisenbach is Chief Marketing Officer at Voya Financial, and an expert in marketing, sales, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Voya, she served as an Executive Director, Senior Marketing Manager at JP Morgan. Karen combines significant professional experience with a genuine commitment to ending discrimination and enabling fair wage employment for people with disabilities. Karen and Voya have been a driving force in Creative Spirit’s success to-date.


Gina Grillo, President, CEO, The ADVERTISING Club of New York

Gina Grillo, a co-founder of Creative Spirit and President and CEO of the Advertising Club of New York has been a staunch supporter of Creative Spirit’s mission. Gina advocates for diversity by serving on the NYC Virtual Enterprise Advisory Board, the Board of the ADCOLOR Industry Coalition, and Advertising Week’s Board of Directors. Gina has been a powerful member of the marketing community for more than 20 years, named one of “100 People Who Make Advertising Great”.

Mack McKelvey, CEO, SalientMG

Mack McKelvey is the Founder and CEO of SalientMG. Mack brings 20+ years of experience and innovation in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and technology to the organization. Mack is a digital maven and tech innovator. She’s been named one of “the most powerful women in mobile” by Business Insider. Mack brings unique energy, passion, and experience in transformation to the Creative Spirit board in the hopes of dramatically changing the representation of people with disabilities in the workforce.

David Nobay, CEO, The C-Suite Meet Our Trustees

David is a highly-awarded creative director, author, entrepreneur, and the founder of Creative Spirit Australia. David is a true creative spirit himself, having been at the forefront of creativity in business for more than 20 years, co-founding several companies in addition to Creative Spirit, including WellsNobayMcDowall, Droga5, and Marcel. David has had a front row seat to Creative Spirit’s expansion and is the architect of the organization’s belief that every organization would be lucky to have individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on their team.

Mari Kim Novak, CMO, Yieldmo

Mari Kim is Chief Marketing Officer at Yieldmo. As a senior marketing, business development, and sales executive, Mari Kim has had extensive experience leading global corporations and high-growth businesses. She has been a staunch advocate for the untapped potential of the neurodiverse community, and plays a vital role in helping Creative Spirit make employment equality and inclusion a reality. Mari Kim is an original board member and has been instrumental in bringing new corporate partnerships to Creative Spirit. 

Sanjeev Rao, SVP, Product Management, true[X]

Sanjeev Rao is a technology and product management expert. Sanjeev brings strong management skills, and a deep understanding of how technology can be utilized as a tool for equality, accessibility, and inclusion for employees with disabilities. Sanjeev is a dad to two children, his daughter is on the autism spectrum. Sanjeev is intensely interested in making disability inclusion in the workplace the new normal. 

Laurel Rossi, Chief Partnerships Officer, Omnicom

Laurel Rossi, co-founder and Executive Chair of Creative Spirit, works tirelessly to realize the mission of connecting our candidates with fair wage positions where they can be fully appreciated, accepted, and empowered to succeed. Laurel has been an advisor to a wide range of global brands, including Verizon, Citi, and Revlon. She has also held Chief Marketing Officer roles for OMD Worldwide and Organic. Laurel has been the architect of the Creative Spirit mission and business strategy since the brand’s inception in 2017 and works closely with the board and Creative Spirit’s co-founders David Nobay and Gina Grillo to set a path to the future.


Jatinder Singh, Chief Digital Officer, DDB, part of Omnicom Meet Our Trustees

Jatinder Singh serves as Chief Data Officer at marketing communications company DDB, and is a driving force behind data science innovation and thought leadership for the organization. Jatinder holds a double major in mathematics and computer science and has held leadership roles at Omnicom and WPP. His expertise in data science and technology as tools for inclusion and accessibility will be a huge asset to Creative Spirit. He has already hit the ground running in helping Creative Spirit innovate the candidate matching process.

Todd Stone Copywriter at MRM and Creative Spirit alum

Todd is a Copywriter at MRM and a proud Creative Spirit alum. He is also a comedy writer and one-half of the identical twin comedy duo, Stone and Stone. Together, they have written and appeared in videos on Comedy Central and truTV digital; and they were semi-finalists on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.” They also roasted the likes of Dennis Rodman and George Takei in live performances. Prior to copywriting, Todd worked as a reporter and his stories have appeared in Inc. MagazineAd Age, and Business Insider. Todd was diagnosed with Epilepsy when he was four years old. But thanks to a supportive family, effective medication, and an opportunity provided to him by Creative Spirit, Todd leads a very full and active life. Todd has a master’s degree from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University. He is also the proud father of a 25-year-old house plant!

Andrea Sullivan, Chief Marketing Officer, VaynerX Meet Our Trustees

Andrea Sullivan is Chief Marketing Officer at communications company VaynerX. In addition to her passion, integrity, and outstanding support of inclusion, empathy, and employment for neurodiverse individuals, Andrea is an expert in growing global brands. It’s a huge honor to have Andrea as a Creative Spirit trustee and we look forward to tapping into her unique ability to ignite movements for the best brands in the world.

Anastasia Williams, Founder and CEO, TheA List 

Anastasia Williams is Founder and Chief Curator of TheAList, a community of BIPOC C-suite and senior executives at a wide range of brands and companies spanning numerous industries, including advertising, aviation, entertainment, fashion, government, media, technology. Since its founding, TheA List has grown exponentially, and now has over 260 members. Anastasia was a big part of Creative Spirit’s fundraising efforts in 2021 and brings expertise in diversity, representation and intersectionality.

Magda Yrizarry, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer, Verizon   Meet Our Trustees

Magda has had a storied career and exemplifies commitment to full inclusion and acceptance of individuals who are neurodivergent. Magda is an expert on inclusion and the ethical and economic importance of diversity in the workplace and society. Magda’s responsibilities as Chief Talent and Diversity Officer at Verizon include leading the company’s global recruitment, executive development, succession planning, and global diversity efforts. We’re extremely excited to have someone with her knowledge, dedication, and experience as a new trustee.
