I connected with Creative Spirit in 2017, sitting down with Laurel Rossi, Gina Grillo, and Terry Ebert to discuss becoming a beta candidate. At the time, I was deeply unsure about disclosing my ADHD and dyslexia in a world that rarely made space for that conversation. My belief in their mission and support convinced me to move forward. I returned to a media role, disclosed, and succeeded—a decision that changed my life’s course.

When the chance came to join Creative Spirit’s staff, I jumped at it, eager to support others on the same path. Today, as Director of Learning & Development, I design training and certification programs helping Fortune 500 companies hire, retain, and manage neurodivergent talent, turning neurodiversity into strength. I’ve shared this message at the New York Stock Exchange, Cannes Lions, and Advertising Week NY, proving that fair-wage, integrated employment isn’t just possible—it’s already changing lives, including my own.
