I first connected with Creative Spirit in September of 2017. My aunt had recommended I reach out, as I was having a bit of trouble with the job search and she had heard about Creative Spirit at their Advertising Week reveal. In April of 2018 I attended the Autism Acceptance Month event alongside Terry Ebert at MRM’s Princeton location. About a week later, on my birthday, I received my paperwork for a temp-to-perm engagement with MRM. Best birthday gift ever! I was converted to a full-time employee with MRM’s HR team on February 10, 2020. Since then, I’ve made it through the global COVID pandemic, the transition to working from home, then to limited in-office presence, to our current 3 days a week mandatory hybrid model. Currently, I work as an Office Assistant in the New York office. My work is very people based, which I think is the best part of it.
